Neck Lipotherme for a Natural, Great Result!

Procedure Details

Procedure Details

The examination revealed a small submental (double chin) fat pad, excellent skin elasticity, good occlusion, an excellent chin and lower jaw length.  The neck anatomy was unremarkable and she was an excellent candidatie for liposuction or even Kybella.

The patient chose Lipotherme/liposuction because it is a one step procedure with very predictable results.

Procedure Specifics:

The procedure was performed in the Argyle office using light oral sedation and tumescent anesthetic.  She was very comfortable, tolrerated the procedure well, and has no memory of the procedure.

Tumescent fluid in: 250 cc's

Amount of fat removed: 150 cc's

Cannulas used: 3 mm and 1.8 mm

Incision placement: One near each earlobe on the neck, one under the chin in a natural crease.

Incision size: 1.5 mm

The patient recovered without difficulty or complication and was very pleased with the improvement in the contour of her neck.
