Donut Mastopexy is Revised With Anchor Lift - Southlake, TX

Procedure Details

This 32-year-old female from Arlington, TX presented 7 years after undergoing a Benelli or donut mastopexy. The patient's appearance was typical after undergoing this procedure. The breasts showed early sagging of both the nipple and the gland. Additionally, the areolas show the typical stretching to the point that they are too large for the breast. Over time, the breasts became elongated, while the projection was lost. In this patient, the upper pole of the breast tissue is visible and too low to be aesthetic. There was adequate breast gland volume to achieve the patient's goal of a C Cup.

Revision of Donut Mastopexy

This patient has recurrent ptosis/sagging of the breast from a donut/Benelli Mastopexy/Breast Lift, with loss of projection, elongation of the breasts, descent of the nipples with enlargement of the areolas.

Pre-operatively the patient had the following stats:

Height 5'6"

Weight 160 lbs

Bra Size 36 DD

Dress Size 8/10

Surgical Goals:

Be a lot smaller: Bra Size goal C to D.

Fuller breasts at the upper pole.

Be in better proportion.

Post-Op Brest size 36 C

No other changes in Stats.

The patient had an unremarkable surgical experience and recovery and is very happy with her result.
