Donut Mastopexy is Revised With Anchor Lift - Southlake, TX

Procedure Details

This 32-year-old female from Arlington, TX presented 7 years after undergoing a Benelli or donut mastopexy. The patient's appearance was typical after undergoing the Benelli Lift procedure. The breasts showed recurrent sagging of both the nipple and the gland. Additionally, the areolas show the typical stretching to the point that they are too large for the breast. Over time, the breasts became elongated, while the projection was lost. In this patient, the upper pole of the breast tissue is visible and too low to be aesthetic. There was adequate breast gland volume to achieve the patient's goal of a C Cup without requiring breast implants. The procedure was performed at the Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club, Tx.
