This 42 year old Flower Mound patient presented complaining of sagging breasts that "look like empty water balloons". She liked the idea of slightly smaller breasts so she wouldn't "look big". Her goal was to have smaller, perky breasts. The patient gave birth to two children. The breast lift / mastopexy was performed at Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club, Trophy Club TX.

This patient has asymmetry, breast sagging (breast ptosis), and tuberous breast deformity / constricted breast deformity. The post-op photos were taken at four months. Symmetry & shape are greatly improved, and the scars are already fading nicely. More
