"Nothing There" after childbirth

Procedure Details

This attractive patient had a poor self-image after childbirth. She described her breasts as "disgusting", because there was only "a little bit of skin at the bottom". Mechanically, she complained that bras didn't fit well and that they frequently slid up over the lower pole of the breast. The patient wanted to restore her breasts to their pre-pregnancy condition to feel better about herself. She wanted to look good in and out of clothes and feel "more feminine" again.

Inspira Implants to the Rescue

The patient had mild asymmetry and loss of upper pole fullness (pseudoptosis).  The nipples were in a good position so a breast lift was not necessary.  On the quarter view lack of projection is noted and “side boob” are noted.
Post-op, the patient is thrilled and and her self-esteem is soaring (and that makes her plastic surgeon very happy)!
